Damages and Issues
Here at Woodland, we understand how important it is to have high-quality products delivered right to your door. Upon receipt of your order, please check it for damage, defects, or errors, and let us know right once if anything is amiss. We will investigate the matter and try to find a suitable solution. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept claims for defects that are discovered after the delivery has been finished and inspected. The consumer must bear the expense of returning the initial item’s shipment in the event that an exchange is authorized.
Not All Items Are Returnable
You can’t get your money back if you buy some products that are specifically designed to be unique or personalized. Please make sure to thoroughly examine the product dimensions before placing your order, as we do not accept refunds due to concerns with size compatibility. Make sure the product can be easily transported through elevators, stairwells, and doorways; this is the customer’s obligation. Also, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refund Policies
We will let you know whether your claim has been approved or not as soon as we get it and review it. After reviewing your claim, a member of our customer service team will contact you to determine the next steps and offer a solution that works for you.
Cancellation of Orders
Once an item has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Custom and special order items can be cancelled within 24 hours only. Once order has been placed and 24 hours have surpassed, custom and special orders cannot be cancelled.
